Rediscovering joy, connection, creativity, and child-like faith
Inspiring Playfulness is a growing body of work designed to help people rediscover joy, connection, child-like faith, and their own unique playful path.
At its heart, playfulness is an attitude of both body and mind. It helps us reframe situations and experiences, enabling us to approach life with greater creativity, curiosity, resilience, and joy. Research shows that playfulness strengthens relationships, supports learning, encourages innovation, and helps us navigate life’s challenges with hope and imagination. It helps us, as I like to say, 'paint the tunnel while we walk through it.'
Playfulness matters because it is an intrinsic part of who we are. Yet many of us have forgotten how to access it. The key ingredients of playfulness — humour, spontaneity, wonder, and joy — open us up to new possibilities, deeper connections, and fresh ways of seeing the world.
In a world often shaped by fear, uncertainty, and pressure, I invite you to join me on a playful adventure: a journey of rediscovery, creativity, faith, and hope.
I offer inspiring talks, interactive workshops, and a six-week course designed to help individuals, communities, and organisations embrace the transformative power of playfulness. In the future, this work will also include course guides and practical resources to support ongoing learning and development. My vision is to equip churches, charities, businesses, organisations, schools, and local communities to cultivate cultures of playfulness and to transform spaces, relationships, and lives through creative and playful projects.

Testimonials
'Tracy's course helped me become more aware of God's love without having to strive for it, and seeing things in the Bible which makes God smile.' Jennie
Testimonials
'Permission to be myself was a key thing I took away from the course. Being encouraged to reconnect with things in my childhood that brought me joy was an invaluable exercise. Taking a moment to reconnect with our inner child is such a valuable thing. Not only to serve as a reminder to seek out joy in the everyday, but to remember to use every opportunity in life to spread joy, be authentic and willing to give time to other people.' Fiona
Testimonials
'What struck me from the course was to look for ways to reframe situations to make them more enjoyable and that it is OK to do something just for fun and to look for wonder and delight in ordinary moments.' Denise
Testimonials
'I enjoyed the course content as it was well put together and helped the groups to relax, join in and get to know each other. Parts of it just reminded me of things I used to enjoy. I felt an awareness of the breadth of God’s love and creativity and that promise of abundant life. I am taking more time to stop and enjoy as I go along and trying not just to rush past and miss experiences.'
Testimonials
'It made me realise that you can easily get too serious as a Christian and God wants you to have fun in your walk with Him. We are told to have a ‘child- like’ faith and we do tend to complicate it. The discussions were very interesting and I felt it helpful to understand how other people think.' Roy
